Frequently Asked Questions

What ages can learn to ski or snowboard?
Kids can start skiing from around age 3, and snowboarding typically from 5–6. There is no upper limit — one of our proudest students learned skiing at 70. Coaches who specialise in children teach through games, in your child's language.
I'm a complete beginner. What should I book?
Start with a half-day private lesson (3 hours). Most beginners are linking turns on gentle runs after one or two sessions. Your coach will recommend next steps honestly — no upselling.
How do I get to Niseko?
Fly to New Chitose Airport (CTS), then take a resort shuttle bus or private transfer (about 2.5–3.5 hours). See our airport transfer guide for the full breakdown.
